These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ra789 governing your use of the ra789 online gaming platform. Please read this document carefully and in full before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering an account with ra789, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the ra789 platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

This age restriction is a binding condition of the ra789 international gaming licence and is non-negotiable under any circumstance. By creating an account on ra789, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
ra789 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to at the time of registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani passport, or a B-Form for players aged 18–20 (who nonetheless remain ineligible due to the 21+ requirement). Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ra789 will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.
ra789 is intended for use by players based in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using the ra789 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. ra789 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all territories. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use the platform.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) ra789 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address, constitute a violation of these Terms. ra789 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
To open an ra789 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, and any other information required for identity or age verification. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra789 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ra789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You agree to notify ra789 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
ra789 operates a mandatory KYC programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. KYC verification may be required at any stage of your account lifecycle. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of registered mobile number, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to a KYC review may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
ra789 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast (SBP Instant Payment System), 1LINK IBFT, and direct bank transfers from HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ra789 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect during standard banking hours. ra789 does not charge any fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ra789 accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ra789 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its discretion. Players who are subject to responsible gaming deposit limits set via their account dashboard will have those limits applied in addition to any standard platform limits.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ra789 account originate from a payment instrument registered in your name and that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method not registered in your own name is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified account identity. ra789 applies a same-method policy where reasonably practicable — funds deposited via JazzCash will ordinarily be returned to the same JazzCash account. ra789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
ra789 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, measured from the point of approval of a fully verified withdrawal request: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within two (2) hours; bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to any specific bonus are stated in full in that bonus's individual terms at the time of offer. Real-money deposits that have not been subjected to a matched bonus may ordinarily be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements.
ra789 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline any withdrawal request where: the player's identity or age has not been verified to ra789's satisfaction; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Prohibited Conduct; the withdrawal request is under active investigation; the account is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period; or any outstanding KYC documentation has not been provided.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ra789 platform are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses issued by ra789 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount. Only wagers placed using eligible games as specified in the promotion terms contribute to wagering requirement completion. Different game types may contribute at different percentage rates; slots may contribute at 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate — specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
ra789 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising variance; collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotion terms; registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and any other conduct that ra789 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. ra789 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to exclude the player from future promotions.
All bonuses carry an expiry date or activity-based expiry condition as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus balances that have not been used or that have not had their wagering requirements completed by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
All games available on the ra789 platform that use random number generation (RNG) are powered by independently certified RNG systems. The certification of ra789's RNG systems is maintained by an independent testing laboratory approved by the relevant licensing authority. Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by live dealers and are subject to the rules specific to each game variant as displayed within the game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game round — whether affecting the platform software, the live dealer feed, the RNG system, or any other component — ra789 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager placed during that round to the player's PKR Wallet. ra789 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Sports betting markets, including all cricket markets covering PSL, international ODIs, T20Is, and Test matches, are subject to ra789's Sports Betting Rules published separately on the platform. In the event of postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of a sporting event, specific settlement rules as stated in the Sports Betting Rules will apply. ra789 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and adjust odds at its discretion where circumstances warrant.
ra789 may apply maximum winnings limits per game round, per day, or per player as appropriate. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. ra789 reserves the right to apply additional limits to accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra789 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
ra789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ra789 platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of reputation.
ra789's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ra789 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ra789 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions (including payment provider outages) may temporarily affect platform availability. ra789 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such disruptions and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
ra789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8; the player has failed to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements; the player's account activity triggers anti-money-laundering monitoring thresholds; the player's account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory request; or ra789 discontinues its services in a particular territory.
You may close your ra789 account at any time by contacting the ra789 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any available real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use the ra789 platform immediately ceases. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ra789 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the relevant licensing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact ra789's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than fifteen (15) business days for ra789 to investigate and respond to your complaint. ra789's full complaints procedure is available upon request from the support team.
ra789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ra789 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or licensing authority requirements.
Your continued use of the ra789 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
